General Requirments

At Shiloh Construction we feel that is our job to please each owner and provide nothing less than the very best quality construction. We use only the finest quality lumber and materials. All job sites operate in accordance with OSHA regulations as well as Florida Building Codes.

Shiloh Construction ensures all subcontractors are fully licensed and have current Worker’s Compensation and General Liability policies at a minimum of $1,000,000.00. We will also complete the permitting and building process required in conjunction with each project.

Shiloh Construction ensures prompt and immediate payment to all subcontractors and suppliers on invoices and statements. All lien releases and documents are available upon owner’s request. We strive to maintain a good professional and friendly business relationship with all subcontractors and suppliers thereby allowing us to insure all owners receive the best available prices.

The following temporary facilities and controls are standard for all Shiloh Construction job sites:

  • Power and Power Poles
  • Restrooms
  • Water
  • Silt and Erosion Control
  • Trailers if necessary
